Were looking for our next Head of Technology and Operations to lead both the technology and operations teams, driving the evolution and support of our products. Youll ensure seamless operations, meet business needs, and help the company scale efficiently.
Define, communicate, and execute the technology roadmap to support growth and innovation.
Mentor team leads, promote from within, and hire to fill gaps (or let go when necessary).
Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
Ensure timely and reliable delivery of all product requests from research or trading teams.
Own the P&L for the department.
Optimize vendor costs and maintain 99.9% uptime for our high-availability platform.
Apply modern technologies such as microservices and Kubernetes to ensure scalability.
Ensure full compliance with audits, data privacy, and betting regulations with zero incident

Must have Qualifications
4+ years leading tech/ data teams?20 people in fast-paced environments (gaming, fintech preferred etc).
Track record building/scaling Real-Time platforms (e.g., trading systems, analytics engines).
Non-technical expert: Deep understanding of tech needs (e.g., Python /ML stacks) to hire/challenge devs, set prioritiesno hands-on coding required.
P&L & Ops Experience: handled general company issues like vendor negotiations.
