Senior Software Engineering Manager - Growth Tech Responsibilities
Contribute to the broader technical and organizational strategy. Identify opportunities for innovation, influence technical direction, and help shape the long-term strategy for the team and organization
Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. Ensure high-quality engineering standards, remove roadblocks, and drive the team toward successful outcomes that align with organizational goals
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance. Provide regular feedback, support career development, and ensure team members are engaged
Partner closely with product, design, data, and other engineering teams to define priorities, set clear goals, and deliver impactful solutions. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience of managing technical teams
BS / MS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience)
Experience of successfully leading impactful organization-level initiatives
Proven experience growing and mentoring engineering managers and industry level engineers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures
Familiarity with data-driven decision making and A/B testing methodologies
Experience in growth engineering, experimentation platforms, or user acquisition/retention strategies.
