We are seeking a Release & Project Manager to support release management and project tracking within the R&D department. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and Management to ensure smooth and timely delivery of high-quality releases.
What will you do:
* Coordinate the end-to-end release process, from planning to production.
* Track project progress, identify risks, and help drive mitigation actions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and schedules.
* Monitor R&D KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
* Manage release content and queries in Azure DevOps (ADO).
* Support process improvements and ensure visibility across multiple ongoing initiatives.

* Background in cybersecurity or SaaS companies an advantage.
* Team player with a proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible approach.
