What Youll Do:
Take full ownership of the organizations business applications (CRM, Customer Support, Financial Systems, etc.), act as applications and integrations admin product manager and developer:
Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, patches, and retirement.
Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of all business applications.
Vendor selection, oversee its outcome quality (design & test)
Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Work closely with Data, BI, IT and AI Engineers to understand dependencies.
Create maintain and improve integrations between business applications.
Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into application requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through application enhancements based on common business practice.
Design, Develop, Test and Implement changes on business applications, especially Salesforce.
