Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

we are seeking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist We are looking for a skilled and experienced and proactive Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join a dynamic and growing industrial organization. This role involves full responsibility for managing and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure, communication systems, and cybersecurity, both locally and across global subsidiaries. A full time, on site position, based in North Israel. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: servers, networks (LAN/WAN), wired and wireless communication, Storage, and backup systems.
* Administer Microsoft environments: Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365.
* Operate and maintain virtualization environments ( VMware ) and cloud-based solutions.
* Lead infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
* Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols (Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Backup).
* Provide ongoing Technical Support to internal users and global subsidiaries.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance.
