Our Vision is to provide the highest level of knowledge and tools to the entire Israeli population, with an emphasis on underrepresented groups, and to integrate them in the local Tech industry, to further drive the Israeli economy.
The position is full-time, and the work will be performed mainly at Herzliya Pituach.
Coordinate the placement process, tracking graduates progress, and following up with employers to gather feedback.
Conduct one-on-one meetings with participants to review their resumes, LinkedIn profiles and job applications, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
Deliver workshops in the fields of job search and career development.
Coordinate and operate the admission and screening process

Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or in operational, people-oriented roles. Experience in the tech industry is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds an advantage.
Fluent Hebrew and English Must.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
