We are seeking a Retail Chain Manager to join our team full-time at our Tel Aviv District headquarters. This on-site role involves overseeing daily operations and sales across our 8 flagship stores in Israel.
The Retail Chain Manager will be responsible for managing store staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining visual merchandising standards, monitoring inventory, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role also includes implementing strategic initiatives to optimize results across the retail network.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Retail and Store Chain Management
Strong background in Operations, Sales, and HR Management
Experience in recruiting, coaching, and guiding sales teams
Excellent Customer Service orientation
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data -driven decisions
Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry advantage
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
