Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced, creative, and self-driven Senior Designer to take full ownership of Our Groups visual identity and design roadmap across all brands in Israel and Cyprus. This is a hands-on leadership role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance creative vision with execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the overall look feel of our Group brands (Israel and Cyprus).
- Design and maintain all digital assets, including websites, landing pages, marketing campaigns, social media visuals, and presentations.
- Lead creative direction for marketing and product design projects, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to bring concepts to life quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a digital or brand designer, preferably in B2C, fintech, trading, gaming, gambling, or Ecommerce sectors.
- Proven experience building or maintaining brand identities.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and technical mastery.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related tools.
- Experience in UI / UX design and familiarity with responsive design best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at high speed without compromising quality.
- Independent, organized, and proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus:
- Experience working in regulated financial environments or with performance-driven marketing teams.
- Motion design or video editing experience.

Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)
