Full ownership of payroll preparation- (Collect and update data into the payroll system, perform validation, and make payments).
Preference for experience with Michpal or Hilan systems. The role includes leading the implementation of our payroll system for the first time.
Establish bookkeeping at Pazu - Support implementation of financial systems (Priority advantage).
Manage payments to international consultants and oversee the process (via invoices).
Oversee pension and employee benefits processes.
Handle vendor payments (local global), supplier contracts, and monthly expense tracking.
Issue customer invoices and support monthly and annual financial closings.
Communicate with tax authorities (VAT, Income Tax, and Social Security).

4+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably in high-tech or global companies).
Certified Bookkeeper Level 2 required (Level 3 advantage).
Certified Payroll Accountant required.
Strong English and Excel skills.
Deep knowledge of Israeli payroll rules.
Reliable, Excellent communication, detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player.
Strong verbal and written English skills
80% position, on-site in Yokneam.
