We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of media strategies and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
* Create and present strategic media plans tailored to client goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
* Identify upselling opportunities and work to grow account revenue.
* Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients.
* Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Location: Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana.
