Team Lead - DEM Platform 24316

We are looking for a talented and motivated Team Lead to build and lead a new team responsible for developing our companys Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) product. This product will integrate with various our company security solutions, delivering proactive monitoring, alerts, and actionable insights that enhance the end-to-end digital experience.
As the Team Lead, you will drive the technical vision, lead full-stack development efforts, and grow a high-performing engineering team from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and security experts to deliver a scalable, cloud-native solution that supports our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of the DEM product, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of software engineers.
Define architecture and technology choices, balancing innovation with operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DEM capabilities into existing our company security products.
Establish best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring in a cloud-native environment.
Drive proactive monitoring and analytics features to provide insights into employee digital experiences.
Own end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment and continuous improvement.
