Product Analyst

We are looking for a self-motivated Product data Analyst with a strong sense of ownership and a strong business orientation. As a key team member, you will analyze multiple data sources to deliver data -driven insights, optimize processes, and shape our product. You will work closely with Customer Success and Solution Engineers, as well as Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams, to provide the analysis and reporting necessary to optimize product performance, specifically in the chargeback domain. In this role, you will balance pure data analytical tasks with content-oriented projects that require a deep understanding of the chargeback management business domain. Responsibilities:
* Provide analytical support to various functions as part of the Business Squad, which manages a book of customers.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions and feature improvements.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key metrics and performance.
* Provide actionable insights from data analysis to inform Product Strategy, drive product improvements, and enhance the User Experience.
* Utilize strong technical skills to analyze large and complex datasets.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
