What you'll be doing:

Establish NPI production lines at CMs sites.

Lead internal and externals cross-functional teams to meet projects schedule.

Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet projects requirements.

Requirements:
B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

2+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes.

Experience in leading projects with multi CMs/vendors.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process.

Well organized and have a keen eye for details.

Excellent English, reading, and writing.

Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses.
