Join our fast-growing IT Support team as an IT Support Admin, working with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining and improving the company's systems infrastructure with a focus on security protocols.
* Providing global service and support to end-users and partners across multiple sites.
* Resolving complex and escalated support issues.
* Managing user lifecycles (onboarding/offboarding) and automating related processes.
* Implementing automation to enhance user experience and IT productivity.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of proven experience in an IT support or Sys Admin role ( must-have
* Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Workspace (G-suite) platform ( must-have
* Experience with network design infrastructure and configuration ( must-have
* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices ( must-have
* Experience working with Okta, our core system ( must-have
* Experience with FreshService and Jamf (significant advantage).
* Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) (advantage).
* Experience working with AWS Workspaces platform (advantage).
* Service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of English
* Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
* Willingness to be available 24/7 for urgent requests, including weekends.
* Passion for new AI technologies, driven by innovation, and experience with automated processes.
