A stable medical device company based in Yokneam is seeking an experienced Engineering Director.
The role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing engineering operations across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, R D, and Operations teams.
Main responsibilities include managing issue and request databases, leading ECR/ECO processes, supervising a multidisciplinary engineering team, and adapting R D designs for production. The Engineering Director will oversee configuration control, documentation, and PLM/PDM systems, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement. The role involves coordinating with contract manufacturers, managing change implementation, and maintaining organizational efficiency across engineering processes.
Reports to VP of Operations.

Strong Multidisciplinary Engineering Background Relevant Engineering
Credentials.
Varied experience in Medical device companies.
Experience in Interfacing with multiple organizational stakeholders.
Exceptional people skills mediation experience.
Multiple Tasks Execution perpetually pushing processes forward.
Leadership skills setting an example mentoring experienced manager of both
internal outsourced resources.
Highly experienced PLM/PDM user
Excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write/Speak)
Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Medical Device Industry
