We are growing (!) and seeking a Robotics Field Test Operator to join our ranks and take part in our unique project. In this position, you will report to the Team Leader and be responsible for operating, developing, and testing our advanced Autonomous Agriculture Machinery to meet the needs of various internal departments and different tasks.
Your work will primarily be in the field, and you will collaborate with various teams within the company.
This position is based in Megiddo and Binyamina, Israel, and involves physical work.
Responsibilities - what youll be doing:
Operate vehicles both autonomously and manually in the field
Manage R&D tests for the companys departments on different issues
Provide feedback and cooperate with development teams on tech and product issues
Perform field-level routine maintenance
You must be mechanically inclined and either experienced or willing to learn the operation of heavy equipment
Your work will primarily be in the field, and you will collaborate with various teams within the company.

Familiar with basic AI tools (Like GPT) for documents, Excel, and work efficiency.
