Stay hands-on with development activities (~30% of your time).
Recruit, onboard, and coach new team members.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented team culture.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software engineering roles.
3+ years in R D or engineering management positions within startup or high-growth environments.
Proven expertise in cloud-based architecture and enterprise-grade SaaS product development.
Hands-on experience with web technologies and server-side development using TypeScript, C #, and Python.
Experience building products on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Nice to Have
Experience with Big Data pipelines, Machine Learning, or computer vision technologies.
Passion for building world-class engineering teams and driving innovation at scale.
