The role includes integrated development in COBOL with CICS and Batch processing.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in COBOL development (CICS + Batch) – mandatory
5+ years of hands-on experience with DB2 – mandatory
At least 4 years of experience working with VSAM databases – mandatory
Experience with JCL – mandatory
Familiarity with financial systems – an advantage
Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
Broad system-level perspective, quick understanding, and ability to integrate into complex systems
Proactive mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
Ability to work independently and lead tasks end-to-end
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork abilities
Willingness to work non-standard hours when required (e.g., production issues)
