REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:

Salesforce Implementer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including relevant certifications.
Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
System customization, including creation of custom objects, fields, pages, reports, and dashboards.
Defining automated processes using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
Managing user access and permissions (Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles).
Collaboration with development and integration teams.
Ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and training.
Full documentation of implemented processes and solutions.
