Were hiring a Senior Red Team Operator to identify and mitigate end-to-end security risks across our multinational organization.
Responsibilities:
Execute advanced penetration tests and simulated attacks on networks, systems and infrastructure.
Employ phishing, physical pen-tests, custom exploit development and other techniques.
Work with security teams to recommend and verify remediations.
Continuously research new attack methods and tools.
Mentor teammates and provide training.
Support incident response and crisis management.

knowledge of hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies
Experience with social engineering
Well understanding of network protocols and network security especially enterprise environment (Windows/ Linux and Mac endpoints)
Experience with custom exploit development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hebrew and English must.
Experience in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
Written and verbal communication in German - Advantage
Experiences in OT and IOT security Advantage
