we are looking for an experienced and driven Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement and import groups. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sourcing electronic, mechanical, or industrial components, and a passion for optimizing supply chain performance.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of buyers including performance management, KPI-driven routines, task and process oversight.
Manage end-to-end procurement of components, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to support business objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to align purchasing strategies.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.

Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in procurement management, with a focus on components procurement.
Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience with ERP systems.
Background from high tech companies in the communication industry
Bachelors degree in business administration/Supply Chain Management, /Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPIM are an advantage.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures advantage
Fluent English.
