we are seeking an experienced Application Manager to lead the development, implementation, and support of organizational business applications, with a strong focus on CRM systems, web platforms, and BI/data environments. The role requires strong project leadership and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead core business applications (CRM, WEB, BI, BPM)
Translate business needs into technical solutions and oversee application lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, support
Manage internal development/support teams and external vendors
Manage the application related budget, including planning, actual tracking
Ensure system stability, security, and performance across platforms
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Bachelors degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications e.g., PMP advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/application management roles
Proven expertise in:
CRM systems Microsoft Dynamics on prem advantage
Corporate websites / portals architecture, UX/UI, integrations
BI and data platforms reports, data modelling
Process management systems
Strong background in project management methodologies such as Agile/Waterfall
Experience working with and managing external service providers
Familiarity with on prem legacy and cloud-based environments and system integration tools
Strong leadership skills and team management experience
High sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
