As a key member of our core product and R&D team, youll lead the design of scalable, intelligent solutions that leverage advanced AI capabilities to combat fraud and redefine the future of chargeback prevention. Your Arena Architect end-to-end solutions across AWS, integrating AI/ML models and data -driven decision systems into production-grade applications.
* Partner with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.
* Lead technical design reviews, ensuring architectural quality, reliability, and maintainability.
* Define and enforce best practices in API design, event-driven architecture, observability, and system security.
* Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms and services, ensuring compliance, performance, and data protection.
* Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data teams to operationalize models (MLOps), optimize pipelines, and deploy AI safely at scale.
* Stay hands-on when needed prototype, review code, and guide the team through complex design decisions.
* Influence long-term technology strategy and standards, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability needs.
* Continuously research and introduce emerging tools and frameworks in AI, cloud computing, and distributed systems

* Proven experience as a Solution Architect Software Architect, or Technical Lead in a cloud-first (AWS) environment - Must
* Strong background in designing AI-integrated systems (LLM-based, data pipelines, ML inference, or intelligent automation) - Must
* Deep understanding of microservices serverless architectures, and API-first design - Must
* Experience working with data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, DynamoDB, or data lakes) - Must
* Solid understanding of security, scalability, and reliability principles in distributed systems - Must
* Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, Bedrock, or other LLM ecosystems - Advantage
* Hands-on knowledge of MLOps and deployment pipelines for AI models - Advantage
* Familiarity with fraud detection risk modeling, or fintech solutions - Advantage
