We are looking for Process Engineer Overseas Assignment (China)
Job description:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Process Engineer to oversee production activities at a contract manufacturer site in China. This role involves supervising the technical and operational aspects of outsourced manufacturing to ensure compliance with our companys standards in quality, efficiency, and process consistency. The successful candidate will act as the main technical liaison between our internal teams and the external manufacturing partner.
This position will require short term assignments to China for periods of two weeks (50% travling) at a time, every month.

Requirements:
3 + years of experience as a Process Development Engineer.
Advantage for candidates with Experience working in the semiconductor assembly field.
Excellent communication, analytical, and intercultural skills.
Proven experience conducting failure analysis investigations and designing experiments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills:
Manufacturing and Data Analysis: Statistics, DOE, JMP
Python /LabVIEW an advantage.
Education:
Degree in Engineering or Physics
