What will you be doing:
* Provide ongoing legal counsel on a broad spectrum of commercial issues, including negotiation of agreements with third parties such as clients, business partners, suppliers, and vendors
* Executing the company's policies and legal standings
* Providing legal advice and guidance on information technology, commercial law, and regulatory matters
* Offer internal legal support to various teams within the organization
* Collaborate with external counsels (both in Israel and internationally) to provide legal advice
* Maintain and update existing templates and contracting processes.
* Design, build, and improve legal department processes.
* Advise on compliance issues, including global privacy issues and regulations.
* Handle and assist in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time.
* Ability to address complex legal and commercial matters.
