We are looking for an innovative DFT architecture manager. We offer you to be a part of the System Product Engineering group and be responsible for assuring the best quality products to be a sale and deliver to our customers. The job provides deep knowledge of our systems, a system-level view of our solutions, and a dynamic and positive working environment and offers the candidates the opportunity to lead the strategy of structural testing by leading our HCA DFT architects group of experts to new heights. Our Networking unit has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our high-speed buses & network products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another.
What You'll Be Doing:
Join the company architecture teams and lead the DFT architecture of the HCA products.
Drive test solutions for our products, define product testability setup architecture.
Define the team goal, strategies, tools, methodologies and KPIs of the group.
Work and improve interfaces with your peers.
Lead functional testing strategy in the company.
Align work methodologies and strategies with our global company.
Work with our global teams, provide the best TTM and cost effective solutions while maintaining best quality products to our customers.

Requirements:
B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.
Minimum 8 overall years of experience in one of the following fields: hardware designer, system engineering and technical leader.
3+ years of proven managerial experience.
great communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups.
Multi-tasking capabilities.
High self-learning skills.
Strong execution quality standards.
An innovative approach to problem solution.
B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.
Minimum 8 overall years of experience in one of the following fields: hardware designer, system engineering and technical leader.
