Were looking for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping up to the balance sheet, support cash flow and regulatory reporting, and collaborate closely with internal teams, external auditors, suppliers and customers. Responsibilities
Perform ongoing bookkeeping, including bank and credit card reconciliations, issuing customer invoices, processing supplier invoices and accruals, and handling depreciation forms.
Prepare VAT reports and communicate with relevant authorities.
Compile travel reports as required.
Work closely with company employees, accountants, clients, suppliers, and authorities.
Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 (or Level 2 with relevant experience).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper up to balance sheet in an industrial company.
Experience with ERP /Priority software.
Experience collaborating with accountants.
High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and basic conversation).
Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Highly organized, precise, and proactive approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Full tome position, on site
Partial availability required on Fridays. (Remote)
