Subcontractor Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire process of subcontracts, including pre-proposal, proposal preparation, negotiation, execution, and closeout.
Performance Risk Management: Monitor subcontractor performance to meet project goals, identify and mitigate potential business risks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, project managers, and external subcontractors
Design for manufacturability responsibility for defining all equipment, suppliers, and subcontractors for the scale-up process.
Develop, define, and implement manufacturing processes and mechanical tools into the production line.
Have full ownership of the prototype end to end
Manage and support configuration control, BOM components, and the Catalog of parts.

Requirements:
B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mechanical, or similar Engineering.
5 years or more of experience in processing industries, preferably in global companies.
Knowledge in Project Management tools (Gantt Charts, Risk management, Control etc.)
Experience in production and manufacturing processes.
Experience with technical ation, mechanical designs, and assemblies, working with full-turn contract manufacturers.
Experience in managing manufacturers and suppliers across multiple sites
Experience as an NPI Eng of process or large-scale multidisciplinary products industry -an advantage
