About the Engineering Team
Were a team of smart, curious engineers building scalable, reliable systems that power content creation for millions. We work with modern web technologies, tackle real-world challenges in distributed systems, and keep things practicalno overengineering, just solid solutions. If you love solving tough problems, moving fast, and building tech that creators actually use, youll fit right in.
As we scale, we are looking for a Head of QA Automation to lead the transformation of our testing infrastructure, moving from manual QA processes to a robust, modern, and scalable automation-first approach.
On your day to day:
As Head of QA Automation at our company, you will lead the shift from manual to automated testing across all platforms, backend, frontend, mobile, and audio/video. You'll define quality standards, implement automation tools suited to our stack (React, Node.js, WebRTC), and integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines. Working closely with engineering, product, and DevOps, youll mentor QA team members and drive a culture of speed, coverage, and quality.
