Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with U.S.
GAAP.
Handle reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and vendors related to U.S.
operations.
Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations, including IRS requirements.
Manage U.S. corporate tax filings and reporting obligations.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies in the U.S.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for U.S. activities.
Certified Bookkeeper mandatory
2-5 years of experience in U.S. bookkeeping/accounting roles
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and reporting requirements
Advanced Excel and proficiency with accounting/ ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or
similar advantage)
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and organizational skills
Provide accurate and timely financial data to the CFO
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
