We are seeking for an Digital Prodact Manager This role requires At least 3 years of prior experience as a Product Manager A full time position, based in Lod.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic thinking and defining a digital product roadmap.
* Managing the full product lifecycle identifying needs, writing requirements, overseeing development, and leading product launches.
* Leading cross-organizational digital initiatives while collaborating with multiple interfaces across Leumi (Development, Legal, Information Security, and more).
* Monitoring, measuring, and closely tracking product performance to identify trends, issues, and friction points in order to maximize success rates.
* Working with design agencies.
* Team collaboration, commitment, and close cooperation with other product managers within the division.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of prior experience as a Product Manager required.
* In-depth familiarity with the financial industry required.
* Experience in writing business requirements and reading technical specifications required.
* Strong understanding of customer experience and UI / UX principles required.
* Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and teamwork orientation required.
