Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead multidisciplinary R D teams and oversee the full product lifecycle- from innovation to commercialization.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead R D across hardware, software, mechanics clinical engineering
* Own tech roadmap, product development design transfer
* Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, CE, ISO 13485)
* Collaborate with operations, clinical, and manufacturing teams
* Drive innovation, quality, and cross-functional alignment

* Oncology/clinical tech experience a plus
* Fluent English
* Strong, collaborative leadership
* Strategic and hands-on
* Proven team and process scaling skills
* Results-driven with attention to quality and accountability
