Were expanding our acquisition efforts and looking for a talented Paid Social Campaign Manager to drive performance across paid social channels. This is your chance to join a dynamic, cross-functional team and play a pivotal role in fueling growth for one of Israels leading tech companies.
How youll make an impact:
Plan, launch, and scale high-budget B2B paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Optimize campaigns using A/B testing for copy, creatives, audiences, bid strategies, and retargeting.
Monitor and analyze performance data to deliver insights and drive continuous improvement.
Identify and validate new growth opportunities, emerging platforms, and campaign strategies.
Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, product, and broader marketing teams to build high-converting funnels and effective ad experiences.
Stay up to date with the latest paid social trends and platform updatesand implement them effectively.
How youll make an impact:

Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing significant paid social budgets ($100K+), globally, ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with key performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
A creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to ideate and execute campaign optimizations independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A self-starter attitude with high motivation, accountability, and a curious, growth-oriented mindset.
