About the Opportunity
Imagine empowering our companys advertisers to extend their reach to premium placements in the open web and even in closed gardens. This is the core mission of the Audex team tapping into massive new revenue streams by buying indirect inventory via RTB, all while optimizing at scale for performance and profitability.
How youll make an impact:
As a Team Leader for Audience Extension (Audex), youll bring value by:
Lead a team of highly skilled backend engineers building infrastructure and features used by thousands of sites and over 1.4 billion users globally
Drive strategic integrations with off-network and closed-garden environments
Work closely with key stakeholders across Product, Business, and PS (Professional Services) to align bidder-related initiatives and ensure end-to-end execution
Own and scale systems handling 500K+ requests per second, generating over 100TB of new data daily
Utilize a cutting-edge tech stack including Java 8, Spring, Reactor Core, Spark, Cassandra, Kafka, MySQL, Vertica, Kubernetes, Grafana, Tableau, and more
Collaborate with experienced tech leads, engineers, and product managers to define the teams roadmap and technical vision
Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement with a strong focus on team productivity and personal development.
