We are looking for a highly motivated SecOps Specialist to serve as a central knowledge hub for the organization’s security tools. This role requires deep expertise in security products, including thorough understanding of their features and capabilities, and the ability to drive implementation of security policies and requirements across technical teams.
What You’ll Do: Support the deployment, maintenance, and fine-tuning of security tools and processes. Work closely with the monitor security alerts and incidents team, conducting investigations and suggesting improvements to threats within Earnix security products. Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures. Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure the security tools are in compliance with applicable standards. Assist in strengthening AWS cloud security configurations with a focus on the principle of least privilege. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify threats and enhance overall security posture.

You’ll do it using: 3+ years of experience in a SecOps or Security Engineer role, preferably in high-tech environment. At least 1-2 years of experience with CrowdStrike in an integrator level. Familiarity with other security tools such as EDR (e.g. Defander). Working knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail. A genuine passion for cybersecurity, with a proactive mindset and a hunger to learn. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
