Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Platform Engineer to orchestrate the evolution of our cutting-edge GitOps platform. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong software development background who is passionate about building scalable platforms and developer tools. As the driving force behind our platform innovation strategy, you will be responsible for creating robust self-service solutions, ensuring the stability of our CI/CD workflows, and spearheading large-scale projects in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering managers.

What will your job look like
Architect, implement, and drive the strategic direction of our GitOps platform, leveraging ArgoCD and Helm on Amazon EKS.
Develop and maintain user-friendly, self-service tools and automation to empower our engineering teams and accelerate development cycles.
Own and enhance our GitLab CI pipelines, ensuring they are stable, performant, and scalable to meet the demands of a growing organization.
Apply software engineering best practices to design, develop, and maintain robust platform tools, services, and automation using Python, Bash, and Node.js.
Direct complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion. Work closely with developers, engineering managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, drive adoption, and communicate progress.
Champion DevOps and GitOps best practices across the organization and mentor other team members.
