We are looking for a HIL Solution Engineer to optimize, enhance, and support our Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) recording and execution processes. This role provides the opportunity to own execution strategies, improve efficiency, and drive innovation in our HIL operations.
What will your job look like?
Own and optimize HIL execution strategies, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Monitor, analyze, and improve HIL recording cycles for performance and reliability.
Define and lead execution plans, working closely with internal stakeholders.
Develop automation scripts to enhance and streamline HIL processes.
Troubleshoot and analyze data, identifying patterns and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with software, hardware, and validation teams to enhance HIL capabilities.
Drive process improvements and best practices to scale HIL operations effectively.

Requirements:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
3+ years of experience in Python and basic Linux knowledge.
Experience with automation and scripting for process improvement.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive solutions.
Understanding of complex system flows, with both software and hardware orientation.
Advantageous skills:
Experience with HIL systems, real-time simulation, or test automation.
Familiarity with networking protocols and system debugging.
Hands-on experience with data processing tools.
Jira expertise and strong planning abilities to drive execution and integration plans.
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
