Part-Time Waiter

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Waiter to join our growing team. The Waiter will play an important role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining a pleasant dining experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is willing to assist in various restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about food or beverages.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve orders promptly, ensuring correct items and proper presentation.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and utensils.
Assist in preparing the dining area before service and closing it properly after shifts.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company policy.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent guest service at all times.
Handle customer feedback professionally and report issues to the supervisor if needed.
Support the restaurant team in other duties as assigned, especially during busy periods or special events.
