Were looking for a Corporate In-House Counsel to join the team and work closely with the Head of Corporate in providing corporate and securities legal services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Which department will you join?
The Corporate Legal team - responsible for providing corporate and securities legal services and guidance to our Global Inc. and its subsidiaries. The team manages corporate governance, securities compliance, and a variety of legal matters to support the organizations strategic goals.
What will your job look like?
Corporate Governance: Assist the Head of Corporate in ensuring appropriate corporate governance procedures and processes are in place and adhered to across all our companies.
Securities Compliance: Support compliance with U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934 disclosure requirements, including the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
Legal Support: Review and manage day-to-day legal issues, including general corporate and securities matters, general contract matters, and risk management/litigation issues.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school in the United States.
Bar admission in a U.S. state (New York, California, Texas preferred).
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) from an accredited academic institution
2-4 years of experience with a large U.S. corporate law firm, preferably in corporate and/or securities law.
Fluent to native level proficiency in written and spoken English.
Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A natural sense of urgency, adherence to timelines, and capability to perform in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
