We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Leader to lead all engineering aspects of our products throughout their lifecycle - from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production. This role requires cross-functional coordination and strong leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Responsibilities:
* Own all engineering aspects of the product during its entire lifecycle, including NPI and mass production phases
* Coordinate between R&D, manufacturing, subcontractors, supply chain, and purchasing teams
* Ensure adherence to timelines and delivery milestones
* Lead the creation of production documentation and manage ECR/ECO processes
* Collaborate with subcontractors for PCB, assembly lines, and electrical/mechanical part manufacturing

* Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product leadership roles, specifically in NPI
* Strong leadership, systematic thinking, and project management skills
* Self-driven, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail
* Experience with PDM tools (Agile preferred)
* Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred)
* Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written Advantages:
* Experience leading DFT (Design for Test) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) processes
* Background in mechanical design and ability to read mechanical drawings
