we are seeking an experienced Recruitment team leader to join our team! abra is a dynamic company that provides cutting-edge development and research solutions for major industry players. We specialize in recruiting top talent across a wide range of high-tech roles, including QA, Embedded Developers, DevOps, software engineers, Hardware Engineers, AI/ML Specialists, Cloud Architects, and more. Job Description: In this role, you will lead a team of 3-4 recruiters, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, helping identify and attract top talent in the tech industry, and driving the team to meet ambitious hiring goals. Responsibilities:
* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 recruiters.
* Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to job offer negotiation.
* Conduct phone and HR interviews as needed.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
* Set and monitor recruitment KPIs and targets.
* Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
* Maintain and expand the companys talent pipeline.
* Lead team meetings and provide ongoing training and support.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in high-tech recruitment
* At least 1 year in a team lead or senior role.
* Proven track record in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong sales and marketing abilities.
* Experience in contract negotiations.
* In-depth understanding of diverse technologies across various high-tech development fields.
* Ability to understand and implement technical job requirements.
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters an advantage.
