Responsibilities:
Lead Product Strategy and execution across cross-functional teams.
Manage and mentor product managers.
Drive innovation through technology, data, and user insights.
Oversee product lifecycle and ensure business impact.
5+ years of experience in product management.
5+ years of experience leading and managing product teams.
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or professional certifications advantage.
Proven experience with digital products, preferably in education, content, or EdTech.
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Discovery methodologies.
Strong understanding of data, UX, and AI applications significant advantage.
Proven ability to navigate complex, dynamic, and cross-functional environments.
