A fast-growing global SaaS company is seeking an experienced Head of Program Management to lead a team of project managers and drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and consistent delivery across global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead programs end-to-end from planning through execution and delivery ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project and program managers.

Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and collaboration across departments.

Align project execution with company goals and Product Strategy.

Oversee program closure, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements:
Proven experience in global SaaS companies a must.

Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies a must.

Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs and full product lifecycles.

Strong execution and organizational skills, with high accountability and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Computer Science (or related field).
