A leading high-tech company is seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead and execute full-cycle hiring processes for both internal technology positions and outsourcing/contractor roles. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, crucial to supporting the companys continued growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.

Manage recruitment for both internal positions and outsourcing/contractor roles (mandatory).

Mentor and guide a small team of recruiters, fostering professional development and collaboration.

Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top high-tech talent.

Collaborate closely with company leadership to ensure recruitment efforts align with strategic objectives.

Requirements:
10+ years of proven experience in recruitment within the high-tech industry.

Mandatory: Experience in recruiting outsourcing/contractor positions.

Demonstrated success managing end-to-end hiring processes.

Experience in leading and developing a small recruitment team.

Advantage: Background in defense-related recruitment.

Proficiency with ATS systems (Commit ATS strong advantage).

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Relevant academic degree.
