responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end freight execution while delivering an exceptional customer experience across all touchpointsfrom booking to final delivery.
logistics execution (air, ocean, and land), supply chain visibility, customer onboarding, and support.
* Partner with product and R D teams to integrate operations with digital tools
* Lead customer success, onboarding, drive satisfaction a cross end to end operation, retention, and upsell.
* Define and track key customer metrics
* Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
* Collaborate with product, R D, and revenue teams to continuously improve customer experience and platform usability.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or digital supply chain leadership.
* Deep understanding of international shipping (Incoterms, customs clearance, trade lanes).
* Demonstrated experience leading tech-integrated operations and customer teams.
* Proven ability to manage KPIs and SLAs at scale
* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or digital supply chain leadership.
