The position focuses on performing experiments, developing TEST setup automation and maintenance, and analyzing results.
Not intended as an entry-level position for BSc graduates
Responsibilities:
Configure and operate LiDAR units and TEST equipment
Develop and maintain custom LiDAR TEST equipment and automation: LiDAR Python API, gimbal, cart movement
Automate data capture, processing, and visualization in Python
Plan and execute experiments and TEST drives under varied environmental conditions and scenarios
Present and document results for stakeholders
Troubleshoot issues with firmware, system engineering, and optics teams
Provide experimental and analytical support for version and feature release processes
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Python for data acquisition and analysis
Experience working with lab TEST equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
(Advantage) Experience with optical or RF systems
