Required HW Team Lead&HW Engineer
Description
Technological leadership of hardware development within the company
Responsibility for documenting development processes and technological requirements
Managing and driving distributed development teams
Leading technological processes while performing hands-on development work
Role definition
Planning work schedules and ensuring timelines are met
Collaborating with product managers on product definition and specifications
Professional development of the team
Electrical circuit design
Researching and evaluating potential technologies for product integration
Building infrastructure for preserving technological knowledge and managing professional documentation.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Over 10 years of experience in the development and design of analog and digital circuits
In-depth knowledge of hardware-software integrated product development
Background in physics and electro-optics an advantage
Strong team player with the ability to work across various organizational interfaces
Proven leadership in managing distributed teams in Israel and Bulgaria
High-level English proficiency.
