Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst for our Order Management group with deep expertise in data analysis, visualization, and quantitative researchideally within enterprise software environments.

How will you make an impact?
Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that effectively measure and align with the strategic objectives of Order Management
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor group and business performance.
Ensure data integrity and validity across all platforms and systems.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (External vendors, Sales Ops, Finance) to define and support contract lifecycle management metrics.
Translating business requirements into system specifications and managing implementation from start to finish.
