The Chief Marketing Officer will own our global brand, audience growth, and monetization strategy, blending classic entertainment marketing with data -driven digital growth tactics
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Positioning
Own and evolve the brand across all touchpointsapp, social, partner platforms, and live events
Craft a compelling narrative that defines us as the place where Netflix meets YouTube
Audience Growth & Acquisition
Build a scalable, multi-channel growth engine across owned (app, website), earned (press, social buzz), and paid (ads, influencers) channels
Lead performance marketing, SEO /ASO, and social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, instagram, and more
Monetization Strategy
Collaborate on pricing, subscription, and ad-supported models with our Monetization Specialist
Test and iterate on monetization strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth
Content Marketing & LaunchesPartner with the Chief Content Officer to develop go-to-market strategies for new genres and series
Drive cross-platform launches with trailers, teasers, and interactive campaigns
Data-Driven Optimization
Define and track key growth metrics: MAU, DAU, retention, virality, LTV/CAC
Lead analytics and A/B testing to drive decision-making across marketing and content
Strategic Partnerships
Develop and negotiate partnerships with creators, media outlets, telcos, and distribution platforms
Identify and execute opportunities for branded content, sponsorships, and strategic integrations
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing marketing org: brand, growth, social, PR, and design
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Content to deliver seamless user experiences

Highly analytical; fluent in growth KPIs, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks
Strong storytelling and communication skills-you turn insights into action
Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
