Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker Were looking for a hands-on Senior BI Analyst & data Lead to own our data strategy end-to-end - from pipelines and modeling to analytics and insights. Youll turn complex data into clear stories that drive business and product decisions. Your Arena - Know your impact??
* Build and own our BI stack, data models, and dashboards.
* Define core metrics and ensure reliable, actionable reporting across teams.
* Lead analyses on product, operations, and revenue performance.
* Partner with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to make data -driven decisions.
* Improve data infrastructure, quality, and governance as we scale.
* Build and own our BI stack, data models, and dashboards.
* Define core metrics and ensure reliable, actionable reporting across teams.
* Lead analyses on product, operations, and revenue performance.
* Partner with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to make data -driven decisions.
* Improve data infrastructure, quality, and governance as we scale.
Requirements:
What It Takes:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a BI or data Analyst, preferably in a product or technology-driven company - Must Advanced SQL proficiency, comfortable querying large, complex datasets across multiple data sources - Must.
* Proven experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase - Must.
* Experience with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow/Fivetran, BigQuery/Snowflake) - Must.
* Experience with Python or another scripting language for data analysis and automation - Must.
* Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling skills, ability to distill insights and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Product, Finance, Operations).
* Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality insights independently.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience designing and maintaining semantic layers and data models for BI.
* Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, or statistical analysis.
* Fintech, payments, or chargeback experience.
* Understanding of data architecture concepts ( ETL, data warehouses, data marts).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
